Water, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Garcinia Indica Seed Butter, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, C14-22 Alcohols (and) C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside, Glycerin (and) Water (and) Calendula Officinalis Extract, Cetyl Alcohol, Panthenol, Benzyl Alcohol (and) Benzoic Acid (and) Dehydroacetic Acid (and) Tocopherol, Tocopherol, Cannabidiol, Natural Fragrance 

Apply a small amount of cream to painful areas. Not to be used more than every 6 hours
